Program Includes:
3-6 months of privately programmed workouts, 3 to 5 times per week
Incorporates your previous fitness level and defines the steps to achieve difficult goals
Incorporates your gym, your equipment, and your athleticism to push past plateaus
Accesses the science of kinesiology to unlock the information you need to reach a new level of health and wellness
Weekly call with Brandon to assess program goals and define monthly goals
