I founded The Mills Method in 2010 after formulating and testing a proven methodology that provides YOU with an unparalleled, achievable, and enjoyable strategy to fitness and health. My extensive knowledge in Kinesiology and Nutrition coupled with my nationally recognized certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist allows me to provide fitness education, exercise prescription, and healthy lifestyle adaptations in order to guide you to a confident, empowered, and enlightened self.
